Ours is a Policy Governance Board managing broad corporate policies, long-range Strategic Planning, risk management, financial opportunities, and outreach to community stakeholders. Meetings are held six times a year, on Monday afternoons between 4 and 6 pm. IMPACT of Southern Arizona is expanding the size of its Board of Directors in order to best represent the many neighborhoods and communities we serve, in a balanced way. Members live or work in our service areas. Some are retired, some are business owners, and others are active in their community in a variety of other ways. All bring their special talents and experiences to the table, serving on the Board of Directors to help IMPACT of Southern Arizona be the best it can be: following our mission, ensuring sustainability, and continuing to improve lives and inspire futures in our community.
